Client Inquiry & Product Confirmation
We begin by receiving detailed requirements from the client, including product specifications, quantity, and preferred origin (India or China).
Supplier Sourcing & Quotation
Our team contacts trusted suppliers in India or China to obtain the best prices, quality assurance, and delivery terms. A formal quotation is then sent to the client.
Order Placement & Invoice Issuance
Once the client approves the quotation, we place the order and issue a pro forma invoice with all necessary trade details.
Advance Payment & Documentation
The client proceeds with the required advance payment. Simultaneously, we prepare the required import documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.).
Shipment & Customs Clearance
Goods are shipped via sea or air. On arrival, our logistics team handles customs clearance in Bangladesh, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
Final Payment & Delivery
After clearance, the client makes the final payment (if applicable), and we arrange safe delivery of goods to the client’s location.
